With the strong support of the president's office, the Integrated Management Center conducted the second cloud classroom online training in June. The course of this study is about "cross-departmental smooth communication skills", which is divided into four classes, namely, what kind of mentality we need to have in cross-departmental cooperation, how to carry out smooth cross-departmental communication, and several measures for cross-departmental cooperation. The content of this study focuses on how to solve the departmental cooperation problems encountered in daily work, which will certainly help employees. Through the study in June, we selected a new round of "learning model".
On July 16th, with the participation of all employees of the company, Mr. Cheng, vice president of the group, attended the award ceremony and presented certificates and prizes to the first three students. Of course, in order to test the learning effect of the three students, the editor also put forward several questions, and asked three excellent students to answer on the spot. Their answers were surprisingly wonderful. At the award ceremony, vice president Cheng also fully affirmed the efforts of the three winners. He proposed that during the epidemic period, the training work should not be interrupted, and the online learning mode should be continued. He also encouraged everyone to make good use of their spare time to study hard, improve themselves, and do a good job in the workplace.
